The minutes of 12/31/01 were accepted as written, signed and posted to our web page.
New Business:
Subject: Road Agent, Bill Stevens
Highlights:
Discussed the agreement between the Board members and Bill as Road Agent. The agreement was that the Town wou.ld pay Bill to hold the title and be responsible for the department. Selectman Call would like Bill to be more involved. The Board asked Bill to pay closer attention to the highway operations. The Board explained to Bill that insurance reimbursements were discontinued as of January 1, 2002.
